3Dsecure is a new bank initiative for added security. We are forced to use this. It means a one time registration with your bank for 3D secure (if you have not done this already). After that you are just asked for the extra 3Dsecure login and password whenever you use your card to buy online at 3D secure places. It was supposed to be compulsary by August 2007 but now by 2008.

| Making A Purchase We provide a FAST MAIL ORDER SERVICE TO THE UK. We ALSO DESPATCH many orders to WORLD-WIDE DESTINATIONS. IT IS EASY: Simply make your order online and enter a valid payment, then we will expidite the order quickly. UK postal delivery or for larger and overseas items we use a recorded (to be signed for) delivery to your door. All overseas orders under 2Kg go by airmail. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the UK) WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED WHERE THE INVOICE ADDRESS AND THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ARE THE SAME UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY CONTACT US ABOUT THIS. | Shipping And Handling If you are ordering a PRESENT ITEM please make it clear in the short message box that you will find during the final stages of checkout - before you get to the credit card entry - otherwise the parcel may have company information visible on it. If real costs are less we will refund you as we find applicable. International / Overseas shipping is at cost and an initial charge of £20 is included, but if real costs are a lot more we will contact you before despatch to confirm. | Delivery ScheduleWe normally despatch your order in 2 business days - (occassionally if we are out of the office it can take up to a week) . UK orders are either sent by Royal Mail (under 1.5Kg) or by ParcelForce who will require a signiature upon delivery (red vans) International orders are generally received in under 28 days. |
